Is there any reason no to fly several days after a TEE procedure?

No reason not to fly just because of the procedure. However if t.here were significant findings that could impact the answer.

Unless you were say allergic to any anesthesia or they push the camera through your esophagus no. Of course as other poster said if they find something but my doctor gave instant feedback on last tee.

It is a simple procedure.

None that I can think of but do check your travel insurance. If it were to discover any anomalies this may negate insurance . Most travel insurance will not cover conditions still under investigation.
