Thank you, James. I am not particularly active on Facebook. I am happy with using Health Unlocked but will check it out anyway, as it is always good that get more knowledge.

Indeed, I don't use facebook at all. Have serious concerns about privacy issues. Healthunlocked is just fine and its a more intimate and private group. No need for facebook but thanks anyway for the efforts.

I love FB - my friends and family are all over the world and it's lovely to have regular contact with them all :o) Yes, there are massive spying and data gathering operations organised through FB, but nothing that isn't also done through many other routes too.

Agreed Wendy. It has a lot of negative press but I have half my friends in America!
