Do you mean COQ10? If so no they are definately not all the same - personally I favour Nature’s Aid 100 Mg daily but other reputable manufacturer’s such as Lambert’s, Solgar, Biocare are good.

Just stay away from the cheaper Hight Street brands as they have a high filler content which varies. Always look for the IHU score or read the amount of ‘active ingredient’ to compare - NOT the capsule weight which is often printed in bold on the label front and can be very misleading.
