Well done sue13hils!!! I am starting a weight loss journey too. Not with slimming world. I'm doing on my own., so far gone from 94kg to 86. I've got a smaller plate and have dropped stuff like chips and bread (they don't agree with me anyway). Anyway, just wishing you good luck on your weigh loss journey 🤗

Well done I'm convinced if we can loose weight it will only help our hearts love lost 33kg and not had an AF episode since August. Keep up the good work.

Well done! Thought id share this,saw the cho!esterol consultant recently as my level was 11.5,said cut all carbs by 50%,as if we dont burn them off,we convert quickly to sugar,then fat!
