I have Blephoritis, am 78 years old. Realy bad when trying to read more than 2hs tv any tips?

This is not really AF related, but I use Blephaclean eye wipes (every day initially then once or twice a week). You can also have an eyelid clean at your optician for around £50. That should sort it out.

I get eye drops from optician and use an MGDrx eyebag- you warm in microwave and relax for 10 mins or so.

I find very helpful- prob other such products on market, much better than hot water compress

The best thing I have found is baby shampoo. Just a drop in hot as you can stand water some cotton wool and bathe the eye lids. Make sure you only use the cotton wool once. do this morning & night to start with. I am now down to once every couple of months. Hope this helps.
