Permanent Afib, any information

I would love to hear any thoughts. I am in afib and my EP has just upped my metropalol from 50 MG once per day to 1 and 1/2 for 2 weeks then 2 per day. I don't like being in afib. I'm very tired and have shortness of breath.

I'm sorry you feel unwell .I have paroxysmal afib and husband permanent. They did try propafenone when he developed it ( we were in the Canaries at the time!!) He would not have got that here with his medical history I don't think. He ignores illness and although he gets breathless more easily shrugs it off as due to weather or his weight! HEY ho. Hope something is found to help you. Wendyb
