Here's the whole strip
This definitely seems to be atrial fib, although it is fairly regular. If you do the trick of marking 3 or 4 successive r waves onto a piece of paper and then shifting it to another part of the ecg, the intervals differ (from 5 to 6 large squares) so it is an irregular rhythm.
However there are some nice looking p waves on some beats, although they could be fibrillation waves.
The baseline is quite variable so I think this is why it was registered as unclassified, but I have no doubt it is af at about 68/min i.e. Well controlled af.
However to be certain you need a 12 lead ecg it's a good steady baseline rhythm strip.
I can see it could be multiple pacs, but if so there are a lot of them and they do tend to predict af developing.
Hard to imagine an afib with P waves. However premature atrial complexes may have P waves and can lead to irregular haert beats. The pure quality of the baseline is of course disturbing. I will make separate post with good quality PACs recording.
Thanks I had a ablation 12/7/16 for VT and SVT I'm only on Metoprofol 25mg once a day when I told my new EP was it afib when I showed him one reading he said No I'm new to this found out I had SVT VT September last year now I have Pacs and PVC so hopefully not afib I don't want it
I emailed it question is the activity recorded on the Ekg normal activity I don't see my EP till March 31 should I be concerned
