Thank you for posting. My only comment on this is it does not always present with chest pain, I have heard of silent heart attacks.

Thank you, very interesting. I have had this experience, all signs of heart attack but no clot found, and my latest ECG is marked ? MI which I presume shows muscle damage but at my age I don't think demanding an MRI scan would get me anywhere.

I had Afib and believe me it was scary. They were going to do an ablation but it was too risky for my situation. So, I have a pacemaker and doing fine in that area.
