Hi to everyone, just a quick note to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy 2017. You have all been so kind this past year to me that I want to send you all well wishes and a big hug! You are a wonderful group of people who take time from your busy lives to help eachother feel better and also offer great advice. My attitude and lifestyle has changed so much this year and I can now say I'm not terrified anymore because I always have friends to reach out too. Enjoy your family and friends and remember to eat sensibly, watch the alcohol, laugh hard, love much and get needed rest( I'm starting to sound like Bob)! Stay healthy, Gracey
