What pill?
Are you in constant AF?
I did not quite understand that part of you're ?
And what medication are you taking,
Best wishes to
Are you seeing a specialist Rog1 ?
If your drugs aren't working they should try you on another. My Heart Rhythm Specialist tried me on 4 different drugs last time before we found the right one for me.

Put a bit more flesh on the bones there Rog and maybe we can offer some advice. Not much to work on I'm afraid.
If you are taking a beta-blocker eg Bisoprolol, that should slow down the AF (ie 'rate control') so it doesn't damage your heart, but will not stop the AF. If the AF is a problem to you and you want it to be stopped you will need another pill (for 'rhythm control') and so need to go back to the doctors for more help.
You may also need an 'anticoagulant' such as warfarin or an 'NOAC' in order to prevent a stroke, but younger people are often considered not to need these.
Ok the Rog What's your query/question.
