97% sats = oxygen levels in your blood, no worry unless less than about 92.

The other numbers are to measure your lung capacity and fvc = functional vital capacity - how well you expand your lungs and how much air you take in.

The measurements read together give a view as to how well you are taking in air and absorbing oxygen into the blood. I guess you are seeing a pulmonologist? They should be able to explain in detail the numbers and what they mean for you.
