Well rushed into hospital and just had confirmed I've had a heart attack! I'm 37 and had AF for 7 months!!! GREAT!!!!

I am so sorry that you have had such awful news at such a young age. You have no alternative other than to research your condition and to seek the best medical help available. You are lucky that this is 2014, a time of great medical advances. Your future life style needs to adjust to your heart's welfare.

To-day's Daily Telegraph contains the story of an Australian woman who had a heart transplant 30 years ago at the age of 14. She's apparently fine, aged 44. Google it.

So sorry to hear this. Let's hope that you are now given plenty of information about your condition. Many years ago my friends father had a mild heart attack in his early 40s. It was the wake up call to change his life e.g. stress, eating well e.t.c. and at 84 he was still riding his bike. He died this year at 94! Keep posting to let us know how you are. We will all be cheering you on.xx
