Just joined and new to AF. I have diabetes and had my first hypo since taking warfarin and digoxin after my regular gym programme - it really knocked me about. I then had another hypo in the middle of the night for the first time in ages and I feel rotten this morning. Does anyone know about hypos/AF/exercise?

I only know that at my re-hab class, (respiratory) the staff will not let me excersize, if I am having A Fibs, , not that I would feel like-doing much though. I am sure someone will give you a much better answer than this Scooty. Dirose
I take warfarin and digoxin, I do not have diabetes. Exercise is good for you, there are many things that you can do. If you go swimming, please ensure you wear some foot covering before entering the changing rooms, keep your feet covered until you get into the pool. Please get your eyes checked yearly, you may already know that. Do not stop exercising, Keep a check on your INR levels, have a healthy diet, we all should know that anyway. Walking is good, Enough from me, take care of yourself.
good morning i've had to live with hypos for 30 years , and the best advice i can give is keep them dextro tablets in your bag or pocket at all times. i also carry chocolate with me, it's not always easy trying to force sandwiches and bread rolls down you as quick as possible when you are at work and your heads spinning take care tone
