I like the N terminal domain degrader is included with an ARinhibitor.

Sounds like it will also be good for all stages of this disease not just CRPC.

I think they test on very very advanced patients for ethical reasons (and because it’s harder to find people for a phase 1 within less critical patients) but like you I think most of the stuff I am seeing could be more effective and life prolonging ( with QoL going with it) if used at early stages!
