I would love to hear from anyone having triplet therapy including LU 177? My husband was just offered a trial with this combo.

IMHO, the important thing is to get ADT plus abiraterone which has shown, in the final results of the Stampede trial, a median overall survival of 6.6 years, longer than any triple therapy so far.

To this doublet one could add chemo or pluvicto and see what happens.
The Therap study showed that pluvicto and cabazitaxel have similar median overall survival.
I stayed on a trial adt drug for 7 yrs . I recommend being on a trial . They really look out for you . Good luck in this fight ! ✌️❤️
