The way I’m reading this (I am not a pathologist) Is a new met (tumor) on the T9 vertebrae. A Psma will confirm and show any other micro Mets. Stay positive. Cheers.

Possible met at the T9 vertebral body . The PSMA PET/CT will confirm if this lesion is a metastasis.

micro-metastasis are those unseen cancer cells that travel one’s vascular and lymphatic system looking for a place to colonize and grow into metastatic lesions. Unseen means that the cell is not detectable by any known means.

There's a spot on the 9th rib. Bone scans have a lot of false positives, but the PSMA PET will confirm.

and/or a biopsy of the T9, which can be a little scary.
