Anyone taking Erleada and how many pills daily. A there any problems.Iam gleason 9and met with 45 radiation treatments.Also on Trelstar.

I finished in April, 4 pills per day for 25 months. High liver enzymes initially that resolved quickly. Otherwise no real issues I could detect that were any worse than the Lupron I was on with Erleada.

Been on it for 4.5 years.....4 60mg day....take mine 2 am 2 pm as 4 together gave me headache.....mixed w lupron ....se are pretty substansial for me ....but psa .04....

I have been taking Erleada for 4 1/2 years 4 60 mg pills per day. I have experienced headaches, nausea, dizziness, depression, hyperthyroidism and fatigue. Everyone reacts differently. Due to my dizziness, last week I ceased taking the med and will find something new in September.

I was prescribed four Erleada a day and one Orgovyx. Other than hot flashes I am fine. I uses a mister at night and have a tower fan when I get the hot shocks, they really suck but tough it out.

Reduced from 4 to 3 pills because some Vertigo. Now just the usual side effects <.01.

4 x 60mg a day. Only noticeable issue is some additional fatigue for which Provigil has helped quite a bit.

4 pills once a day. I switched from evening to morning to reduce the nightly sweats and insomnia and that helped.

I'm on Erleada but can only take 2 tablets a day. When I tried to take the normal dosage of 4 a day I had massive headaches. This occurred 1 1/2 years after starting medication. So far the 2 tablets a day are therapudic.

I took 1000 mg of abiraterone and 240 mg of apalutamide daily for most of 2021. I got 6 months before hitting a PSA nadir and then moved on when the PSA hit 2 again.Fatigue was the only side effect that I can recall.
