Does anyone know how long it takes for the side effects to dissipate after discontinuing Relugolix? I'm looking forward to a vacation from it.

Vacation after Relugolix
Unlike injectables, it stops working within days. That's one of its big advantages.
It took my brother a couple of months to start feeling normal.
I have been off it since November 18th. Research posted by the manufacturer showed that 53% of men resume their normal testosterone levels within 90 days which means 47% did not. As far as side effects go mine have diminished in the last 60 days but are not totally gone nor would I consider myself totally back to normal.
Everyone is different but I would not expect to see any changes for at least a few weeks. One needs to remember that one of the side effects of ADT is muscle loss, which contributes to loss of stamina and strength and energy. Even though the effects of Orgovyx lowering testosterone may have stopped within 90 days that does not mean that you will regain the muscle that you lost within those 90 days which equates to continued loss of strength and stamina and energy. Working out regularly with weights and Cardio certainly has helped me.
T normally recovers in 2 - 4 weeks, but SEs may linger a bit after that. My T had fully recovered about 5 months after Eligard, but I was still having hot flashes a full 7 months after that. Also, a pounding depression had become a part of my life that would have been permanent were it not for antidepressants.
I would expect SE abatement after relugolix to be must faster, because the T ablation is shorter and the recovery slope so high.
Relogolix is a true gift. I'm sure you'll feel better soon.
