Thank you Graham 49. Oh my Lord in Heaven. One more piece in the puzzle. Emodin from Rhubarb. If you read deeper it is similar in structure to the Aloe Vera Plant. Hopefully these many plant derivatives will be part of the Victory dance we will all do one day! I met an elderly Hispanic woman who told me everyone in her family lives to 100. She said at age 14 they begin a ritual on one shot of Tequila before supper each night. They believe the Agave’ plant to be very similar to the “ Aloe Vera” plant in bio-structure. Tequila, in moderation is on my list. I too am from the Graham Family of Scotland and Ireland.

Interesting to read about Tequila. My grandparents lived a long life (in those days if the infectious diseases did not get one, nothing would). Both were vegan (whole foods plant based) and low protein as they ate what grew locally on their own farm. There was a lot of fasting for religious festivals or forced fasting due to the vagaries of monsoons. A lot of vegetables they ate were bitter.
