"In metastatic CRPC, a significant improvement of OS and SSE-free survival was obtained with bone-targeted α-emitting but not β-emitting RIs. Caution is necessary for generalizability of these results, given the between-trial heterogeneity."

I saw this - which is somewhat consistent with what I was told in Munich after Lu177 didn't do it for me. Dr Weber told me I would be a better candidate for AC225, but they need to figure out how to deal with the side effects. DaRT is also a good potential for visible mets if they can figure out a good delivery mechanism. Thanks for the post.

Question about the DaRT reference? Is that the same as the DARRT trial using Veyonda followed by met targeted low-dose radiation to activate it? Or something else? Thx.
