Hi nameless. I have had wonderful experience with AHCC. My dad had bladder cancer and he talks AHCC faithfully. We both experienced energy boost. I am a huge supporter of AHCC

Nameless9999- I am taking it. I can't say I have noticed much change, but I am taking lots of supplements, so no idea what, if anything, has helped. One problem with supplements of any type is, "How much?".
