Over the counter meds

Has anyone tried any of the over the counter meds. Was searching hyper focus because I never herd of this term. I found alot of over the counter meds but wasn't sure if they was good. I go to Dr tomorrow. Prayers

I haven't tried any of the OTC stuff--I assume you mean herbal supplements. I figured if something was really effective, it would have caught on by word of mouth.

Hi. I've tried some OTC stuff but nothing works like prescription meds. In fact, I've probably spent way too much money trying to find something that duplicates the affects of my meds but nothing is close. Just more hype and stuff they want to sell ya.

Likewise. Wasted a lot of money on OTC best to go to the doctor. Medications can be wonderfully effective for adhd. No need to suffer for many.
