I appreciate what U R saying about meditation. However there is a religious implication in the post. I am Jewish and comfortable with practicing my religion. Yet when I post or reply on this website, my responses to give people support even if they R of Jewish concepts I do not refer to them. There R people of many faiths and belief systems here and it is important to be sensitive to their beliefs. I’m happy that your belief system is giving U comfort just please think of people who have different belief systems.
