Anyone use the patch Clonidine to treat ADHD. My son is on it now with taking already methylphenidate. Any words on this ?

It didn’t work for us but that has no bearing on whether it will work for your child. You’ll know if a medication isn’t working. It was obvious with our son and we’d quickly make a shift.

I can't speak for the patch version of clonidine, but switching from guanfacine to clonidine in pills plus the extended-release Adderall our son (6) was already taking seems to have made a difference for him. Definitely less aggressive at school, somewhat less so at home.
