Has anyone tried any natural remedies that will help with focus and concentration?

We use traditional medication and non-medication treatments. For non-medication, non-therapy treatments you may want to check out books by Dr. Sandy Newmark. He worked with Dr. Weil and has researched and written extensively on proven alternative treatments (diet, micronutrients, neurofeedback, etc.). Dr. Russell Barkley is a great author regarding behavioral approaches. Traditional medication is also worth researching too. If you haven’t researched it lately, you might want to look at the research on it again to see if there have been developments/ changes that interest you. It gets the most attention because it is often the least expensive, least challenging to implement, and most studied/most proven as effective.
