Have any of you tried a mood stabilizer for your child with ADHD and oppositional Defiance disorder? His psychiatrist also thinks he may have a mood disorder. Let me know your thoughts and if you tried it please.

My 11 year old is on Limictal and it has been helpful
We use Risperdone although it does not control all the ODD behavior. But at least he is not putting holes in walls.
