A urology surgeon I consult with says meat no more the 2x a week. I told him I've gone vegetarian and sometimes vegan. He said that will help. I'd stay away from red meat for sure.

Ok thanks trying to go vegan but it’s tough

My wife is a vegetarian so I’ve been sorta vegetarian for close to 18 years since she converted at that time. We dabble with vegan but not a requirement for us.

I went Keto to starve the cancer of it's preferred fuel, glucose. After 6 months my PSA dropped from 8.29 to 6.4 and the biopsy showed no change in the tissue samples. Correlation doesn't mean causation, but I think the theory is correct about fueling by ketones vs glucose.

I have followed a dietary cancer coaching regiment called Square One. Just google Chris Wark's Square One. Module 1 is 46 minutes long and it's free. If you like the direction then there's an investment of something like $150 to watch / own the additional 9 modules and related books. It has been a life changer for me and quite honestly I feel better than I have in decades. Lost 25 lbs too.
