We have a meeting organised for Tuesday 3 March 2020 at 5pm at 3rd floor, Brampton House, Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth, 60 Grove End Road, St John's Wood, London NW8 9NH for anybody with achalasia. A specialist dietician, Claire Donnelly will be attending to answer any questions.
It is aimed at trying to help clarify the kinds of food that cause most difficulty, and will very much be influenced by the contributions that people make on the evening. But we would also like to know:
a) what food or drink causes you most trouble with achalasia, and why?
b) what food and drink seems to be easiest with achalasia, and why?
c) any tips and information you may have that others may find helpful?
So please contribute any thoughts and experiences on this forum in advance.
