I'm not exactly sure what I have, (Something's not working in my brain!) But I am always walking in to things and being generally clumsy which leaves me with bruises and cuts. I think possibly it is a concentration thing. When my mind is always occupied with so many other thoughts and feelings. Watching what I'm doing doesn't really come in to it.

Hi

I agree, struggling with difficult emotions is very distracting and makes it difficult to be aware of anything else, also keeping body boundaries and being aware of them can be difficult. Do you have anyone to talk with, a counsellor or therapist. Although bi-polar is often treated medically I know someone who was greatly helped by talking and has come off meds and is fine now.

Thanks for your insight. Yes I do see psychologist and psychiatrists to talk about my struggles. I have come to a plateau where treatment medical or otherwise is having no effect. After being in meds for over 15yrs I am getting a second opinion from one of the top psychiatric institutes in my country and hopefully the will have some suggestions .
