An Update to Tokyo Update
The
scars
are hardly noticeable and photos will follow next month at 6 months post OP. What can I say; the AFA bio says that I joined the AFA site late 2018 (about 6 months after my AFib diagnosis).

Even tho Iāve never had to deal with acne issues or any bumps/

on my face, my skin still doesnāt seem to look clear. My face also has become wider in size and looks much bigger now.

Afib worse after ablation
But Afib gets Afib anyway, and probably it is better to avoid the establishment of rogue signal paths through the heartās little
scars
left by ablation. I have a paroxismal Afib, a episode every about two or three weeks.

Dorsal Slit post op issue
The initial healing, stitches dissolving etc has been all fine BUT I have 2 issues: 1. it seems where the cuts have healed, it has also hard up the
scars
tissue. Kind of tightening up the skin. and I canāt pull the foreskin back still.

ā¹Relationship ending, unsure what to do. Any advice is most welcome
This is exacly what she's doing now and her face and neck are quite bruised up with visible
scars
. She was also very nasty towards me, I mean really really nasty to me during her 8 month stay in hospital post stroke but I stood by her side and never abandoned her. I guess there are 2 issues here.

7 Weeks Of Healing - Getting There
At first there were two big scabs on my head, but those have since fallen off and I'm left with lovely smooth
scars
... however, they are quite sensitive if they rub on the inside of my pants... not in a bad way, I have to think unsexy thoughts to keep myself calm. LOL.

Hi, newbie here
My family have filled in some of the blanks, & I have the
scars
as evidence. I then spent over 3 weeks on the Renal Ward, including several rounds of Dialysis, until my kidneys recovered, followed by a transfer to another hospital for Rehab. Iāve been at home for just over 2 weeks now.

New - cycling accident!
Scar revision is an option when the
scars
are mature, ie in 12-18m time. The thought of never being able to kiss again is v hard to accept. Please tell me the scar tissue will get more flexible!! I am seeing a SALT to see if they can help with the speech impediment. Final question.

Nattokinese
I've just been reading through various pages in Pulmonary Fibrosis UK page and read an article about systemic enzymes, Nattokinese in particular, which can reduce fibrotic scarring in the body, including lungs. Has anyone researched, or tried this supplement?

Sussex Masters League - race report. LEWES TRACK 22/05/2023
I still bear the
scars
. I put that thought to the back of mind as I prepared for the start with some deep breathing and meditation. There were, I think, 8 clubs represented at the league this year and it certainly helped bolster the numbers in the younger age groups and middle distance events.
