Egg collection
With the egg collection, they gave me 100something of fentanol, IV liquid
paracetamol
along with gas & air. However i suffer badly with endometriosis and they had to cut through my endo scar tissue to get to my left ovary, which was excruciating. I can't describe the pain.

There was mild pain, but nothing
Paracetamol
and Ibuprofen didnāt help with.Ā Ā The night-time erections are a killer, but once the stitches started to come away that pain eased.Ā Ā My previous posts will tell you anything else about those few weeks.Ā

Flare I think.
Not addressed my
Paracetamol
, a bit of a giveaway! By evening I am just waiting to go to bed where I can get comfortable. I have a blood test in the morning and am hanging on for that as I want to see what my true CRP is at this dose. Afterwards I'll increase my Pred dose.

Advice please
I have also been taking
paracetamol
before bed just to take some of the edge of the discomfort off, doesnāt have a massive effect if I am honest. I will add that due to some arthritic changes I have never been totally pain free, except when I was on the original dose of steroids.

Paracetamol
My question is could I replace codeine ( I take two 30 mg tablets at night but suffer severe constipation) with
Paracetamol
and would it be beneficial. I also take pregabalin 175 mg each night and suffer severe insomnia.

to bring it down a bit (especially if my arthritis is really bad too).

Topical Treatment for RA Joint Pain
I could try to reduce the inflammation with, say, ibuprofen, and the pain with an analgesic (

Weaning off painkillers
Had hip replacement 6 weeks ago.On 1000mg paracetemol and 60mg codeine 4 times a day pain relief. Had no advice about how long I should take this medication or how to manage coming off it. Would love a drink at Christmas. How long should I be on painkillers and can I get off them this week?
