painkiller recommendations?
Paracetamol
and ibuprofen are not working, they don’t seem to do much. I have tried codeine but it really hurts my stomach. Does anyone have any other pain killers they use that really help? Thank you so much

During this time I've persuaded Mark to take analgesia, and swapped him from
Paracetamol
to Ibuprofen. He's improved loads, so am hopeful whatever the outcome of Weds. I hope you're all enjoying better health and have had a peaceful day. Photo is of Jazz the mouse killer!

I am awaiting to hear back from my hospital whether it is safe to take
paracetamol
, but I was wondering whether someone had a similar experience? I am really worried that this is going to ruin my transfer as this was my last frostie. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

Struggling to get comfortable when sleeping
I've suggested she just uses the V-shaped but that doesn't give her enough neck support, now currently she's only on
Paracetamol
as she has allergies to Co-Codamol and Nurofen/ibuprofen and similar pain killers.

Neck & Head Pain - MSA-C
I was wondering if anyone else had some experience of this and if they were given any better painkillers other than
Paracetamol
& Ibuprofen. Anything you could share would be gratefully received. It's heartbreaking watching her in so much pain. Kind regards

omeprazole use with ani inflammatory medication. Magnesium oil spray.
So the spray and
paracetamol
helps. I take
paracetamol
with caffeine first thing and this helps with lethargy. Hope you find this helpful.

PMR flare, muscle pain or side effects of medication?
I thought it was a muscle problem initially and have been taking
paracetamol
but the pain is still there so I am now wondering whether it is a flare and whether I should try increasing the steroids. Tapering had been going well. My starting dose was 20mg in June 2022.

Introducing myself - symptoms worsening, seeking a diagnosis (sorry for the long post!!)
I'm simply using ice packs and
paracetamol
to cope with the pain and itching. And trying different brands of bottled water in case that makes a difference(!).
