Itchy scalp making my life hell is it due to b12 deficiency?
My doctor prescribed me
Amitriptyline
a 10mg dose however the itch persisted. The itch is constant and making my life hell - I’ve forgotten what life was like without this problem and don’t want to live with it anymore. Does it sound like it could be neuropathic itch?

Trapped nerve
My Dr gave, me
amitriptyline
diazepam and codeine. Which don't bring much relief. I've barely slept. Now my kneecap is very painful and I have pain in my shin. This is all on the right side. My shin for no reason has developed a bruise about 6 mins long. And my thigh .

Up Date re., toe's having spasm/pain
Plus
Amitriptyline
10mg tablets, one a day to tell the nerve's to stop picking on my toe's and giving me pain. All drugs end on the exact date I see the Rheumatologist, it'll be interesting what happens when I see him. Roll on the first week in August.

Prostatitis for 8 years!
That is Proscure suppositories from Amazon and
Amitriptyline
, a prescription anti-depressant . The proscure I believe keeps the infection in check and the
Amitriptyline
helps relax the prostate and lower abdomen at night so I can sleep without pain. Its a good combination!

(I’m yet to start Liothyronine waiting on delivery) I’ll start: Mirtazapine
Amitriptyline
Metformin Venlafaxine (not taken) Lofepramine (not taken) Ramipril Simvastatin Artorvastatin Naproxyn 20 years of other anti depressants, which I wouldn’t be depressed if I knew at the time what was wrong with

Jamaican Dogwood?
I was prescribed
amitriptyline
for these things and it really worked! amazing difference! ....but even once I adjusted to feeling mildly sedated the whole time, it was really noticeably impacting on my memory recall. As it is one of the drugs now linked to Alzheimer's I thought it best to avoid.

Amitriptyline - please take care
If you are someone who finds amitripyline helpful and are happy to stay on it indefinitely please do not be alarmed by this post but I just wanted people to know that - despite what doctors say - it can be extremely difficult to come off it. I have been taking it for about 20 years for various things

The medicine I take that's suppose to help (It doesn't help) are: Codeine/Paracetamol effverfecent
Amitriptyline
loperamide hydrochloride I also suffer with Gastritis and Esophagitis. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs and I'm also a vegan and I've also been following a FODmap diet too.

Dystonia & eye twitch
Can I also mention I suffer with trigeminal neuralgia and currently take
amitriptyline
and gabapentin for this, I don't take anything for the dystonia as again the doctor said Botox would only really work to stop these tremors. Thank you for taking the time to read my long boring status.

Just looking for advice..
I have been prescribed a 10mg dose of the antidepressant
Amitriptyline
because he said this will help reduce the sensitivity of the bowel. I was told if this doesn't help then I need to see my GP to increase the dose to 20 or 30mg.
