Sudden change of management
Hi. Firstly I must mention how grateful I am to have found this group. I’ve been feeling very isolated, frightened and alone. I am 62, I was diagnosed with ET 16 years ago. I’ve been managed on daily aspirin all this time. Honestly, I’ve hardly thought about my condition all these years. I’ve been monitored

Increasing Prozac dose
Hi! I’m new here, but I’ve suffered with anxiety and depression most of my life. After taking Zoloft for approximately 20 years, it just stopped working for me. I was started on Prozac 20 mg a few months ago which seemed to be helping but recently my anxiety level has been increasing. I was just increased

Clinical trial using Enzalutamide and Cisplatin
My oncologist has suggested a clinical trial involving Enzalutamide and Cisplatin. Right now I am on Lynparza and my PSA has started to rise. Does anyone have any experience or information on this trial?

Feeling worse on Sertraline
I have recently changed to Sertraline after several years of citalopram. The citalopram had me at an OK base level with the odd flare up of my symptoms. This year has been ..tough.. and I'd started pic attacks again (I have bpd , gad and chronic depression) . Sertaline has helped with the attacks

Weight Gain Acalabrutinib?
Hi Fellow Acalabrutinib Friends Since beginning to participate in a Acalabrutinib clinical trial several months ago, I have experienced a slow but steady increase in weight. I have cut back on calorie intake and exercised more, yet my weight continues to increase? All advice welcome. Thanks

Is there a better PET tracer for NSCLC than F-18?
My mom was recently diagnosed and her F-18 PET showed a 6cm tumor in her left lung. Her lower pulmonary lobe is collapsed, and the MO is thinking that the pleura might also be involved. She's afraid of having a Thoracoscopy and asked me if there is a more precise PET available. For reference sake,

Thought I was doing better
Hey y’all. My depression and anxiety had pretty much went away earlier on this year up until the last few months. My grandmother passed away on November 18 and it’s hit me really hard. I feel so much anger, sadness, and happiness. Anger because I never called her as much as I should have and that

68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT scan again. I forgot the prerequisites for qualifying.
It has been a long two and a half years since my first 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET Scan. That one i was a part of a clinical trial @ IU School of Medicine Urology. Status: I've been on only 250mg of Abiraterone daily, prednisone 5mg and stopped Lupron Depot injects last June 2021. August 2019 PSA 14.393...

ERSO follow up
Hi my wonderful mbc worriers and fighters, I decided to reach out to the Systems Oncology CEO. This is the company that works on development of ErSo Dfp. They keep updating us saying that more and more time is needed for its development. At the same time, researchers that developed the original compound

Hello all! I’ve been away for a while. I wanted to work on taking control of my anxiety. I’ve been learning to live better with my Generalized Anxiety Disorder. GAD. My doctor wants to refer me to a specialist. They’d be able to better analyze what medication I needed and provide counseling. I’m hopeful

How to Increase BDNF
So somebody over on FB posted they were taking BDNF for PD anxiety (or maybe just for anxiety) so I Googled and found BDNF = Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor and BDNF supplements do not contain Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor. But I did find this article on strongcoffee.com. https://strongcoffeecompany.com
