Does excessive sweating during and 30mins after 15min brisk walk mean NDT not working?
Had walked to GP who agreed to following tests: thyroid profile, b12, folate, calcium (bone profile), magnesium,
zinc
, vit d3, iron and thyroglobuin antibody tests. In Oct 2013 already had Thyroid peroxidase antibodies: 16 (0.00 - 34.00).

Endurance issues and flu-like symptoms after exercise?
I take
zinc
and magnesium at night to help my body repair a bit better while I sleep, but still feel shocking. I used to be so active, doing half marathons and the like before diagnosis, but now need at least 1 day downtime after a day's activity. I'd really appreciate any advice.

I got a cold and lap on Tuesday
I have taken Vitamin C and
Zinc
tablets, Chinese herbal cold remedies, eating strawberries. I am resting as much as I can. I am not too bad today compare with Thursday when I had worst symptom. I haven't had high fever with this cold. I have been drinking green tea all day.

Omega 3-6-9 to aid the brain
I would highly recommend that anyone who has suffered a brain injury take these miriacle capsules, I've also been taking selenium, magnesium,
zinc
and folic acid to help boost my immune sytem and help with the healing process.

Pyroluria and Hypothyroid. Is there a link?
In short, KPU causes low
zinc
and high copper and low B6. Does anyone here know if these nutrients could affect thyroid hormones?

Sorry its been a long time.
A test that proved I have Pyroluria where my body is lacking in
Zinc
and B6. It was amazing that Carol could pin point the illness just by looking at me and noticing the way I sat.

Krytopyrroluria/Pyroluria association with Thyroid or another possible diagnosis.
Namely,
zinc
, selenium, B6, C, magnesium, manganese. I think this may be of interest to those who may not be responding to treatment especially as the high copper and low
zinc
can inhibit thyroid action on the cellular level.

Hi. I am new to the site and have seen that selenium and zinc are important for t3 conversion.
I have noticed from the link to vitamins and minerals that 20mg of
zinc
seems to include copper. Is this an acceptable combination for me to take. Thanks in advance
