What do you do to loose your belly fat ?
I manage to loose
weight
when I stay in track of my
weight
loss
goal. But for me it’s so hard to see my waist line going down. I know there is no easy path but I would like to hear your experiences, success stories or whatever your experiences are !! For me my hurdles are 1. My age. I turned 40!

Dr Andrew Jenkinson book
It is aimed at
weight
loss
primarily, but there is a lot that is relevant to heart disease. The author seems to dispute the demonising of saturated fat, going into details about ldl cholesterol particle sizes, etc, and comes down very heavily indeed on sugar, as the uber villain.

Is my thyroid likely to be destroyed after 30 years of autoimmune assault?
The latter is currently 114mcg per diem, slightly reduced because of
weight
loss
from my dosage for 30 years of 125mcg per diem. My Consultant Endocrinologist is supportive and says that my current symptoms are not due to my levothyroxine medication level.

Foam muscle roller
Iv decided to have [at least] 2 days off, before continuing, but today I decided to treat myself to some new compression gear (my
weight
loss
is mitigating the compression I'm getting out of my old set.) Walking around the shop: I noticed a foam roller, and grabbed it.

Rapid aging of facial skin with Pegasys?
Since starting on Pegasys (have had 9th injection today given every 2 weeks 45mg until today upped to 67.5ish) I have noted my eyelid skin drooping over my eye to the point that it almost obscures full vision, my cheeks have sunken without
weight
loss
and a mass of wrinkles has appeared all over.

A story that hit home
She was telling me today about one of the soap characters who had lost a lot of weight and that he had recently been on other programs talking about his
weight
loss
and how he now loves running. He has just released YouTube video about his transformation and said I must watch it.

Do you think it’s likely I have PCOS?
I was supposed to go back for another appointment to see if the
weight
loss
had helped, but because I was really depressed I didn’t bother to lose the weight so I didn’t go back. About a year ago I noticed I was getting dark hair on my arms which I never had before.

Results for my dad and need advice please
He constantly yawns, very mood and tired, no
weight
loss
and generally feels awful. He is currently on 200mcg thyroxine long terms. They say his vitamin levels are fine but I think folate and vitamin are low at 58vit d and only 5.71 for folate. Active B12 was high at 121.

Testing Pituitary Function - Any Advice Please?
Eventually I paid to see an endocrinologist privately and he started me on Levothyroxine - without waiting for a blood result because of my bald patches of scalp (GP diagnosed this ugly hair
loss
as alopecia),

gain and flaking dry skin.
