Weight

(much needed) continues, but I have managed to slow it down. It seems strange after years of dieting, to eat what I want, when I want without consequences. (That doesn't mean a constant diet of cakes, chocolate and icecream!) Thank you for reading so far.

Where to from here?
In late 2019 my wife (80yrs) had significant
weight
loss
and tremor. Was originally diagnosed with BET (Benign Essential Tremor). Some months later this was changed to Parkinson's. Prescribed levodopa with no effect on any symptoms, 3 months later diagnosis changed to possibly PSP.

Ugly disease
Hi everyone…. Not having a good day and just wondering if anyone else feels the way I do. I call this PV an ugly disease because it has taken away all the things that human beings take for granted. I am extremely symptomatic in that I feel and suffer all the symptoms PV has to offer!! Can’t take a 60

Help finding weight loss and NASH medical paper
I know I have read a lot of medical literature that indicates that in most cases a 10% or greater
weight
loss
results in dramatic improvement and often resolution of NASH. Can anyone point me in the direction of a robust paper that states this or a meta review of the literature that supports this?

Normal TSH but hyperthyroid?
I have quite a few symptoms of hyperthyroid (feeling hot all the time, flushed face,
weight
loss
, rapid heartbeat) but my TSH is normal (0.9). Is it worth it to check my T4 and T3 privately? I also have worryingly low cholesterol, feel faint and have headaches.
