Any suggestions for headache?
My RBC/hemoglobin counts have all been low normal since the chemo, WBC count normal, so I recently added Hema-Plex with
iron
as a supplement. Your thoughts appreciated.

Can the T3 within NDT elevate AM cortisol? And not be best thyroid med for me?
Ive had alot of blood tests done as dyastolic is low ( sometimes below 60 but then I am very inactive due to the fatigue), D ,B12, Folate ,
Iron
panel ,BNP ,FBC, all suprisingly good considering how I feel, except electrolyte chloride and sodium are low (i understand this can be common with Hypothyroidism

Blood test follow up
Still waiting on results for B12,
iron
, folate. A year ago vit D levels and calcium were good, calcium ok now. Plan to retest for Vit D, date booked 21/4, as a bonus will get CRP/ESR done at the same time. Only symptoms are extreme fatigue.

When do I increase my meds?
All my other nutrients - D, B12, folate, ferritin,
iron
, etc. are in the ideal ranges - what's recommended here. CRP is healthy too, I track everything regularly. I eat lots of carbs, calories, nutrition is healthy.

Switch from Besremi to Jakafi
First five years after diagnosis I was treated with monthly phlebotomy and baby aspirin only. 5 yrs of monthly phlebotomy took its toll and
iron
deficiency and high platelets led me to besremi which had just been approved. Started besremi about 2 1/2 years ago.

Pramipexole / Pregabalin
I do all the suggested Magnesium /
Iron
etc.... I am at my wits end. I have spent ages reducing the Pramipexole, but at this stage am wondering if that is my only option?

Iron Overload/Hemochromatosis?
I did a medichecks
iron
panel test results as follows:
Iron
26.4 (6.6-26 umol/L) TIBC 66 (41-77 umol/L) Trans Sat 40% (20-55) Ferritin 50 (13-150 ug/L) I was advised at the time that it probably wasn't hemochromatosis as ferritin level too low but was advised to keep my eye on it.

Many Many thanks !!!!!
Two further complaints I didn’t mention was I ‘m a cochlear implant user as I’m severely profoundly deaf, but hear quite well with the implant, secondly and more importantly I take
iron
tablets for a kidney complaint and thi together with my Type 2 diabetes doesn’t fit the criteria for a transplant apparently

Questions regarding my B12 case (IF, veganism, oral sublingual, and other blood results)
My
iron
(94, 38-169 range) and ferritin (46, 30-400 range) numbers also decreased a bit (vegan diet may play role). TIBC is 385 (250-450 range) and
iron
saturation is 24, 15-55 range.

Iron deficiency anemia and increased A1C levels
I get phlebotomies ever couple of weeks, which as expected, has caused me to be
iron
deficient and a bit anemic (HGB 11.1, Ferritin <3 ng/mL,
Iron
29, Transferrin 6%, UIBC 434, and IBC 463). I am also on 2 aspirin/day, some BP meds, and a statin. My A1C is now 6.4.

Should I take Irin supplements?
The results I was the most interested in were the
iron
panel. After Seaside Suzie explained the importance of optimal levels for conversion of t4 to t3 I think I need to be taking a supplement? Could I ask if my results are comprehensive enough to make that decision please?

Sobriety and preparing withdrawal from Pramipexole
I have started taking
iron
with c-vitamines. As I am doing a keto diet I also take electrolytes. I found something called Hyland's Restful legs that gets great comments.
