is bone pain a normal Side effect of montelukast?
Hello , I am on day two of montelukast 10 mg .I am taking it together with budecort inhaler. But I am experiencing sever bone pain, including the chest ,back ,pelvic bone and legs. Has anyone ever experienced these symptoms? Could it be the inhaler doing this or the montelukast?

Lovely morning for a run
I’ve been a bit lax over the last few weeks. My normal 3-4 runs a week have dwindled to one a week and much shorter too.🥴 just not had no motivation -also worried about slipping on icy surfaces. And my Online Pilates classes stopped for two weeks over Xmas ( and so did I🙄). I had no excuse really as

Any ideas on COVID Vaccination?
I'm 74 years old and have chronic Asthma and COPD. It is under control with Spiriva Respitmat and blue inhaler if required. I have no idea when I'm likely to receive my COVID Vaccination. Does it make a difference as to where you live? Any ideas please?

Morning symptoms
Once I’ve had my
inhalers
first thing and few puffs of ventolin throughout the morning I feel better. Surprisingly on the couple of occasions I’ve been sick I feel loads better sooner as chest doesn’t as congested and cough feels easier.

Combisal vs Fostair
My asthma has been somewhat out of control the last couple of months. My usual prescription of Fostair 100/6 (2 puffs twice a day) and daily Montelukast has not been working well enough. I 've also been getting nightly crackles in my chest when I breathe in, although the asthma nurse doesn't think

Inhalers
I've been on Trimbo inhaler for 2 years, the first 18 months I found it better than my old one, but these last 2 months I don't feel any benefit from it. Do you think your body needs a change after a while, I'm more breathless than usual & think it's worth trying a different one. Has anyone found

Exercise / running/ attack
1st attack of the year. Ran 2 miles and couldn’t breathe. Just Had 6 puffs of my blue inhaler and am back Home now. I had 2 puffs before I went on the run as recommended by nurse. I guess thats running out the window for the foreseeable. I did the marathon in October without a wheeze in the world,

Confused and bewildered
My GP's prescribed loads of
inhalers
etc but it never seemd to get any better. I get 3-4 really bad flair ups a year which really lay me low.
