Making Good Choices can Pay Off.
I've just received my latest battery of routine blood test results...all 18 of them!!.... and was very happy to see that every single result was within normal parameters and with 'no further action required' for any of them. This felt like a huge achievement, particularly as I'd recently stopped taking

but still feel awful saw tight belt can't take a deep breath so bloated. So fed up. I have app with dietician next month but gastroenterology app was wast of time as phone line was bad.

Since there was a
leftover Vegan/Vegetarian hamburger
from last night's dinner, I decided to have that with some of the
leftover 3 colorful coleslaw and add some Ranch dressing and Dip on the coleslaw to mix together
