Have NICE guidelines for tooth extraction changed?
Have mentioned I don't want
adrenaline
in local anaesthetic as it a different dentist in practice that does extractions.

Adrenal cortex & low cortisol?
I have very low cortisol and don't want to take anything with
adrenaline
in it as I read Wentz as stating the last thing knackered adrenals need is to be blitzed with
adrenaline
. thank you in advance.

so worried about my heart
My pcp has even said “it appears like there may be some mild stress on your heart (could that be from the
adrenaline
rush that you had at the time of this latest EKG? Possibly), but the best way to further clarify what's putting that increased stress on it isn't so straight forward.

Regarding my Symptoms and Solutions
Those who struggle with task paralysis become overwhelmed when trying to begin a task (small or large), and feel as though they need the perfect situation to start that task (sometimes this means needing that last minute
adrenaline
, or a completely inescapable situation in order to start a task).

Cellular T3 & cortisol
When patients try to raise T3 levels in the presence of low cortisol, they may find that the body compensates for low cortisol by producing more
adrenaline
. This can cause anxiety, rapid heart rate, the feeling of heart palpitations etc.

ADDitudemag.com. sketch.
I was referred from here to an interesting article. The 2nd article I read was a compilation of medication descriptions. It linked to a separate article for each drug. I recently refused to take vyvanse because it is under copyright and there is no generic; I refuse to participate in that system. After

Cheerful realisation at end of long few weeks!
Add to that a VERY sedentary lifestyle, a 'grab and eat whatever is handiest' diet, lots of mental stress and an enormous counter-reactive
adrenaline
situation...well, it's a miracle I was even upright, let alone in any shape to start Day One, Week One.

betablocker before surgery
My anesthesist told me I should take my bisoprolol 1.25mg in the morning before entering the clinic but I'm scared to do this because I read some articles that it could lead to
adrenaline
not responding when given in anesthesia when it is needed.

UPDATE Random Tachycardia episodes when Bending Over. Slow Heart Rate during intercourse.
After giving me loads of
adrenaline
to try and cause an SVT they ended up pushing my heart that much I went into a very strange Atrial Fibrillation rhythm which was very uncomfortable and quite dangerous.

Hypothyroid with adrenaline surges
It took us a while to figure out these are
adrenaline
surges and since then I have tried the following 1.) 5HTP worked initially as I started with 50, with a gradual increase to 300mg. However, as soon as I hit this dosage, the
adrenaline
surges came back.

Third ablation, beta blocker change or something else?
From googling I see that Bisoprolol prevents the neurotransmitters (chemicals that nerves use to communicate with other nerves), norepinephrine and epinephrine (
adrenaline
), from binding to beta receptors on nerves.

Solipsism & Simulation OCD
Adrenaline
and cortisol raise through our veins and our bodies prepare for danger. Those bodily feelings make these obsessions feel more probable than they actually are. We misinterpret these feelings a validity of our fears being true. Our obsessions feel dangerous because we treat them as such.

Adrenalin?
I am down to 4 mg pred. after 2 years, no current pain just occasional tiredness. Over the 2 years I’ve noticed I lack emotion apart from frustration that turns into anger. Very rarely feel happy or excited and rarely content. Is this lack of Adrenalin? How long should I stay on 4mg before reducing to
