I wonder if we could time it so we’re both out on our last run at the same ‘time’ but on opposite sides of the Earth 🌏 😂What’s the time difference to GMT?
BOOM! Congratulations on your much-deserved graduation, Tasha99 ! 🎓The world is truly your running track. I think you should treat yourself to some new running gear 👏🏽😀
It feels great! And thank you! I’m going to start on Thursday for the shirt run, run Saturday for the 5k in ParkRun, and do the long run on Mondays. How about you?
Arrgh, can't believe I missed this yesterday! I'm getting rubbish at remembering when folk are due to graduate!
Many, many congratulations, thoroughly deserved! It's weird isn't it, the start of the programme seems soooo far away and then you look at the calendar and go "Wait, no, I've done it THIS quick?"
Well done on the Park Run too - you're ahead of me on that one. Think I would have to be massively talked into that!
WooHooo anyways, hope you're still on that blissful high!
I will keep going at 30 mins, maybe increase to 35 or 40 over a few weeks - I am nowhere near the 5k distance, so I will try to run further in 30 mins, but also aim towards 5k. Hopefully I will get a bit faster and run for a bit longer each week! I'm on hol in India from Wednesday so running won't. be my focus so the regime will start when I get back. Are you close to the 5k?
