Multi-tasking and the issue of a phone upgrade

I have developed a new skill. Today was my first post graduation run (yay). biggest challenge was to decide what run to do? I will get onto the C25k+ soon but I thought I'd re-run my very first W1R1 route. Nostalgia.

What a day, cold but bright and sunny. At around 2k in I felt a bit loose.

About a week ago I upgraded my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 plus and it sits in the little pocket at the back of my lycra running bottoms. However the extra weight was dragging them down. I was developing builders crack with the distinct possibility of a supermoon. Thank god for half term.

What to do? I was chugging along really nicely. Didn't want to stop. So I continued running and removed my gloves, pulled up my half mast Lycras and tied the little string tightly, and then put my gloves back on. All done without slowing down.

Ha. Who said I couldn't multitask.
