Done it!

Still can't quite believe that I'm writing this post, but after 11 weeks I have just completed W9R3.

It's all a bit nuts really. If I were able to say to my past self 12 or even 6 months ago that I'd be running 5k 3 times a week, 2 stone lighter and less booze dependant I think the only thing I'd believe is that I'd truly lost the plot!

So I'm going to keep this up and I've already signed up for Parkrun. Who knows where this new found optimism will take me and where I'll be a year from now.

What I do know is I'll be running there!

All the best.

Fantastic effort! Feels strange to be flying solo but fun too! Going to parkrun is excellent, let us know how it goes. I overdid it after graduating, so I am doing 30 mins x 3 to strengthen my legs and will increase run times very slowly by no more than 10% a week
