Decision Time Very Soon
Then, there's
clinical
trials
. My MO suggested one as a possibility - phase 2 for XmAb®20717, which targets PD-1 (what Keytruda does) & CTLA-4. Concerned that no response to PD-1 may not bode well for this. I've read about a couple others with bispecifics, though both are phase 1.

Next Steps?
She is also researching potential
Clinical
Trials
. Currently I have no metastatic disease to any bones or soft tissue except the multiply lymph nodes and my prostate which are all small and would not have shown up on any traditional Cat or Pet scans. I did Provenge back in Feb of 2023.

Another antibody for CALR is in clinical trials
Hi All, I just heard about another antibody treatment for CALR MF and ET that is in
clinical
trials
with Janssen (J&J). Incyte of course also has one in the clinic (also Phase 1). This is very good news. It's still early days but nice to see another potential treatment option being tested.

2nd Opinion.
After my call today with my doctor it was evident he is losing hope for me ( understood) and he will look at
clinical
trials
. I think it’s time to get a good 2nd opinion/ fresh pair of eyes on my situation so I’m looking for recommendations for a really good MO in Southern California.

Lung nodule biopsy.
I've been really lucky to have been referred for several
clinical
trials
for the above. My recent visit to the hospital for testing showed a lung nodule had almost doubled in size. I had a contrast CT scan about a year ago which showed the nodule glowing red.

. https://www.etirarx.com/ Fingers crossed, people. There needs to be a breakthrough for this cancer terror. I’ve lost too many friends and feel like I’m swimming up stream.

PBCer with sudden Fatigue/Exhaustion
I’ve done
clinical
trials
and tried additional meds thru the years as well, in doing so I was found to have Gilbert’s? syndrome where I have a high count on the norm so
clinical
trials
have been tough to get into much to my and my specialists dismay. Problem as of late is FATIGUE…all of a sudden?
