everything hurts ++ :-(
W8R2... and dreading it... everything hurts - my knees, big toes, my back, my calves, my glutes :-( and it all hurts for 25 mins and then miraculously during the last 5 mins when I am close to home and the adrenalin kicks in I don't feel any pain at all! Tips on best warm up/stretches or drugs?!?!

Anyone wake up and feel like your having hot flashes or an adrenaline rush ?
This is something I haven't really experienced before and this is like my third round with Prozac. I did fall asleep twice last night and woke up which reminded me of when I used to work third shift but still today I just feel so off. I know it's adjusting it's only Been alittle over a week but damn.

I feel as I never snapped out the
adrenaline
I felt that morning, and how I was so scared and frightened for my mother as I saw the gun pointed at her and every one of us, bcz the person shot kept hiding behind us so my family member wouldn't shoot him, so the gun was swinging on our faces, something

Anxiety Before Bed
Living life as an invincible strong young man at the age of 20, having a anxiety attack that damn near makes you lose your mind for 7 hours with
adrenaline
pumping is a humbling experience to say in the least, especially when you’ve never experienced an attack in your life ever.

Does this happen to anyone else?
I am assuming the build up of
adrenaline
has to go somewhere. I hope to return to tutoring in pupils' homes next week which makes it all the more scary. Please help.

I'm a Newbie...A little about my journey..& A request for advice!
Even when I take my meds my energy is low, if I have something to do or go to I do ok…probably because
adrenaline
kicks in a bit.?? I also think I may have sleep apnea and my diet sucks.

MOVEMENT ON MONDAYS: Happy hour anyone? A conversation with Onika Jervis from GirlTrek (with TED Talk link)
“Moving is important for our bodies, our hormones, our

Heart Issues
Everyday I wake up with palpitations that I can actually hear and feel in my head and heart and I get sharp and tingly pains in my left hand, I think its because I haven't gone outside for 3-4 years from acrophobia I'm really weak and my heart has had no exercise and just
adrenaline
from constant panic

NDT dose - compare to levothyroxine?
I also take 125mg

Two year old post
They doubled my beta blocker and when I look at the information on that medicine it says that it stops
adrenaline
.... I have been on it in a lower dose for several years. Could the beta blocker be interfering with my absorption of prednisone?

New Formulation of Teva Brand Levothyroxine
They also do not "talk" to your body because of entry through the digestive system & not getting natural instructions from the Hypothalamus/Pituitary/ Thyroid glands needing fully functioning
adrenaline
. (I had low because I stopped making mine after having wrong diagnosis for Asthma.)

Anxiety due to spicy food😟
I know that this is just my body producing too much
adrenaline
for no reason but you feel so hopeless and out of control so I feel your pain, literally. I have this issue where my feet start sweating uncontrollably and that makes me so uncomfortable.

Seems I'm On Some Kind....
When we become anxious, our body releases
adrenaline
which causes our heart to beat even faster. The brain then tells the lungs that the heart is working harder and needs more oxygen. So we start to breathe faster and harder.

Allow yourself to feel everything
This isn’t going to be overnight, you must endure it reacting many times over a period of many months , on and off, before it FINALLY and eventually concludes that there is no need to keep flooding you with such
adrenaline
(anxiety). And it stops sending the signals to you.

Advice please on results
I also had, what I call '
adrenaline
rushes' at bed time, which I had previously associated with high FT4, as they first happened when in Actavis 100mcg which pushed my FT4 over range. I started to suspect my FT4 may be getting high again.

Letting go of anger
I still get the
adrenaline
rush associated with unanticipated events, but have learned the methods to back up my SSRI in somehow modifying the delayed onset raised cortisol levels which I understand contribute to AF.
