Learn CPR and Defibrillator training
More people need CPR training. Not enough people do. I am an ex Nurse and Firefighter and seen first hand the benefits of learning CPR ect. I now have my First Aid Instructor qualification and teach Basic Life Support-CPR-Defibrillator training. My own training has helped me in 2 different situations

Categorize Differences ?
I have said before, my first neurologist , a world recognized doctor in the field of PD told me 20 years ago that someday what we now know as Parkinson's Disease will be 10 to 15 or more individual diseases that resemble each other but may be treated differently. I keep forgetting this and continue

Prostate Cancer Diet and Re-purposed Meds
I was just reading a post about Jane Mcclelland's protocol regarding her book, "How to starve cancer." She also added a second portion on a book re-released, with a Ferroptosis (death by iron) protocol. I thought the criticism to be amazing. Cancer is a baffling mystery, top scientist and great minds

COMBINATION THERAPY IS NOW UNDER REVIEW
This review indicates how and why combination therapy may be used in treatment. Interesting in itself, but another example of cherry-picking evidence ( we aren't mentioned in spite of starting this concept in 2012. Good cliquish admission where the "nonprofessionals"are best kept well out of the limelight

Tinituus Quite in the morning
Good Morning All I’ve had pulsating tinnitus for just over a year. I feel I was well habituating it as I don’t notice it much throughout the day with ambient noise. In the evening in a quiet room I tend to use masking noise help me sleep. over the last couple of months, I found it more noticeable

ECT? Keen for peoples lived experiences
I’ve been referred for ECT and keen to hear from people who’ve had the treatment or in the process and how it was/is for you. The overall result - good bad or neutral? If there’s any good or bad things you experienced. Any tips? Would you do it again if needed? Any feedback would be gratefully

I have PA, all was going well, but now they're trying to mess with my b12 perscipton!!!
Hi all,I'm a long time lurker, but haven't posted myself in a while. About 8 years ago, I was fighting to save my right leg due to bone tumors. 12 surgeries later, I lost that fight. During that time, I started losing weight, tons of anxiety, palpitations ect...This would all be normal reaction to this

hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
A friend of mine with osteoporosis recently broke her leg and used Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy which accelerated healing and apparently stimulates osteoclasts. Has anyone here used this for osteoporosis without a fracture, and if so, do you have results to share?
