2nd FET protocol for 4th embryo transfer
Hi all, I’m looking for some advice on FET protocols. I’ve had 2 fresh rounds of IVF treatment and one frozen. The first cycle of IVF resulted in two embryos. We transferred one embryo, which resulted in a BFN. For our frozen round we also got a BFN. For our next fresh round our consultant suggested

PSMA PET Looks Good But PSA Rising
Hello, I am hoping someone can help us understand what we might be missing prior to meeting with MO this week. My husband was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer with mets to pelvic lymph node and a few spots in bones in early January 2022 at 56 years old. He was successfully treated with Triplet

Exercise intolerant
I've been experiencing heavy sweating while exercising and total exhaustion the next day. I felt this why before I was diagnosed ten years ago with low thyroid. I had to stop any form of exercise. I am on HRT too and last year had the same symptoms. My HRT gel was increased and this sorted out the problem

need advice
Hello, Having B12 defiency my GP has been prescribing me oral B12 which got my levels to normal but hasn’t changed my symptoms. She then prescribed blood tests for parietal cell antibodies and intrinsic factor antibodies. Both were negative. She says therefore I only need B12 orally and not injections

Unexpected early end to ADT
I have been on Orgovyx for 14 months. Intended to complete 18 months and then stop. When I re-applied to the Orgovyx Patient Assistance Program for the 2024 year, I provided my 2022 tax return. The reviewer would not accept it and asked for my 2023 tax return, which, being self employed, will not be

Which treatment option best for recurrent oligo?
In addition to SBRT for the two mets that make me join the happy recurrent crowd, what would be my best treatment option? I have had no SOC medication for 2.5 years. My T is 4 European scale 110 US scale. 1 Only ADT for seven months. This is what MO recommends, besides SBRT, since stronger/longer

biotin supplements
Hi all! My hair is thinning again , I think due to hrt I’ve changed and I remembered seeing many of you are taking biotin for hair loss. Can anyone advise me as to what dosage and make has worked for you? Looking on Amazon , there’s a wide array of strengths and prices …. It’s very confusing! Thank you

Actinic keratosis & Lung cancer
Hi, Dad is in 5th week of taking Erlotinib and corresponding face rash appears to be under control with prescribed cream / antibiotics. Also good to see that his cough has reduced in frequency by around 90% and no increase in fatigue. My question is- dad has actinic keratosis ( for around 25 years +

The Dark Time Came Again: Dealing with MDD and ECT/TMS Decision
I have been well for a while, but recently, my depression hit again like it hasn't hit for some time. My doctor is suggesting either TMS or ECT, as my medicine is not working as well as I would want. I have a dual diagnosis of bipolar disorder and borderline, and I have been seeing doctors since college

ArteraAI Test
it seems that all prostate cancer patients with localized tumor(s) with Intermediate Risk should receive the ArteraAI test to prognosticate/predict how ADT would impact 5, 10, 15 years metastasis. It seems about 2/3 of these patients do not receive any added benefit from ADT therapy. There are many
