Should he increase C/L dosage?
My husband was diagnosed 4 years ago. He is on C/L 25/100 4x/day. Also .05 rasagiline, and B1 500 mg 1/day. In the last 6 months he has gone downhill ... slower movement, cognition/slow thought process and reaction time, balance, very poor sleep, poor posture. Neurologist is suggesting increasing

St. John's Wort or Sodium Phosphate not to be taken with Ibrance!
Says so in this article. I don't take Wort, but fixing to start Ibrance, so reading more about it and I share pertinent info when I find it. Also, found that I can't have sodium phosphate with ibrance. Goodbye sliced ham and American cheese! God bless and heal us all in Jesus name, amen! https:/

W9R3 - not a Parkrun but a parks run 🙂
Snuggle down, this could be a long one! I really wanted to finish my C25k journey by doing my first Parkrun but I'm giving blood tomorrow so couldn't leave my graduation run til Saturday. So I decided to run through as many of my towns parks and green spaces as possible. Some of you may remember I

Week 7 struggle
I did my second run of week 7 today and it was hard. But I did finish it. The last few minutes I kept thinking “ how did I just do this ? “ I’m pumped that I’m still sticking to the program but today was harder on me for some reason. I actually ran further than I did Monday. So I’m getting faster

TMS started one week ago...going well
I started TMS therapy one week ago and am feeling some improvement already, although it seems to take a few weeks at least to show benefits. I no longer sit and watch tv all day and have started reading again, which is a big deal for me. I cannot take ssri’s or any other psych meds as I have severe reactions

Week 6 done!
I did my 3rd run of week 6 last night. I was dreading this and usually the first few minutes of running I’m mentally struggling to not quit. But I kept going and after I got to 14 minutes of running I sort of felt like I could do it. With each step I gave myself a pep talk and pushed through. Feels

Another study links autoimmune disorders with trauma related stress
A study comparing over 100,000 people with stress-related disorders - including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - with their unaffected siblings has found that those with the disorder are much more likely to develop some forms of auto-immune disease. One finding of preventative value was that people

Lately I've been feeling alone. My past keeps creeping up on me. School is stressing me out, home life as well. I don't have anyone who truly cares about my emotions and the struggles i go through on a daily basis. Major depressive disorder, ptsd, victim of sexual assault, and much more. I just need

Hello! My name is Kaylee. I am a 24 year old woman that suffers from major anxiety, depression and PTSD. At the age of 19 I was diagnosed with Lymphoma, Sjögren’s syndrome, and lupus. Around two years later I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Since then I have been through various life events

Not Sure How Much More I Can Take
Hi All, I am new here and thank you for reading my post. I have been dealing with depression, anxiety, awful panic attacks and PTSD since childhood. I have been on several medications, been in therapy and not much seems to help. Recently, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and my world has been spinning

I’m new here, trying something different. I suffer from PTSD ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. I hate it. Everything brings me to a panic
Anyone wake up and want to just go back to sleep so that they won’t have to deal with the reoccurring thoughts that run through your head? I’m always anxious. Talking to others help but then people get tired and you can hear it in their tone that they are tired of listening.

Herbal supplements? Xanax? Esketamine?
I'm trying to find a supplement for my daily depression meds that work generally but then I'll hit a huge slump and would love an as needed med for those times. Obviously something to work with my psychiatrist on, but I would love to know what has been effective for you all. I ordered some St. John's
