Can you take pill and have coil at the same time? How long for each to work? Getting so desperate for something to help me
Having a bit of a nightmare at the moment and struggling to cope. I had the coil fitted and it was great at first but then started experience a lot of cramping. Went to the gp and they removed it Had it taken out and started the pill but not doing much for my pain symptoms. Really stuck as to keep on

Cardiac MRI
Hello my fellow BHF friends I’ve just had a call from Guys and St Thomas hospital telling me I need to have a cardiac MRI scan tomorrow. I’ve read the notes attached to the email they’ve just sent.......😳 to say I am nervous is an understatement! 1 hour and 30 minutes in the scanner, cannula fitted

Coil and Endo
Hi everyone! I have been on the Mini Pill (progesterone only pill) for years. Roughly 4 years. I have also tried up to 11 pills, an implant and the Depo shots! I have been diagnosed with Endo for almost 8 years. Recently, the pill hasn’t been doing me any favours with constant pain and constant bleeding

Thumping left rib area.
Four year ago I had a heart attack and two stents fitted then six month later an
ICD
. Generally I’m fit and healthy and spend an hour on an elliptical trainer every morning. Any idea what could be causing this. Thanks

Why Can’t I be NORMAL?
This OCD is my own personal monster. I know I’m not “normal”, but I try very hard everyday to accept myself abnormal and all. The obsessive thoughts have taken so much control over me that I don’t know how to decipher what’s real and what’s in my head. I promise I do very well at appearing to be as normal

Has anyone been diagnosed with endometriosis whilst having the mirena coil I have had my coil in for almost three years now and am now waiting for a diagnostic laparoscopy. Isn’t the coil supposed to help endometriosis?

Is this too many drugs?! Prostap, Tibilone, Norethisterone, Tranexamic Acid, Mirena Coil
I'm so worried. I had a mirena coil fit in March, to help stop heavy periods. I have bled every single day since. The GP wouldn't remove it, as I hadn't given it enough time. Instead I ended up taking 9 Norethisterone a day (usually you take 3). Then I ended up in hospital because I couldn't handle the

Worrying about what other people think of me
I have realized how much of my time I waste worrying about what other people think of me . I am constantly in deep thought about what he or she or they think of me and it is ruining my life, it has become obsessive and I've had enough. Has anyone got any advice on how to stop this vicious cycle I have

Sudden increase in pulse - AF
I have had an
ICD
/pace maker for 5 months. After a bad night sleep, I took my morning medication and went back to bed. Two hour later I had really bad palpitations so I took my pulse & instead of the usual 60, it was 80 and did not go lower.
